Cover condition: EX+ very nice shape
Record(s) condition: EX- plays brilliantly except an odd passge or two where there is some interference-a few odd pops and clicks-due primarily to the crappy pressings that B & C (who pressed Charismas output) made during this period where the grooves are a bit thin. A decent pressing by a quality record plant (say EMI) would have no problems dealing with tiny scuffs but Charisma pressings from 69-72 are universally crap including the singles-the worst example is Looking for someone/Visions of angels promo 7"
B & C were a cheapskate company with no quality control and not properly mastered pressing discs and probably cheap inferior vinyl to save money and keep the profits up. Anyone ever found a perfect copy of Twilight alehouse on a single?-LIAR!!!???
