Very scarce original 1st issue

with original stickered (large) black shrink-wrap outer

This has been fairly neatly opened but does suffer from various tears and splits mainly along top edge/corners with a bit along the bottom.

As always the open edge line is a little distance from the open edge due to retraction of the wrap

The actual LP cover is therefore untouched underneath the existing wrap except the exposed part which is around 1 cm in width-more on the back.

There is very minor pitting on the exposed part mostly on the back - top exposed part but some on the front top also

The original card inner has the correct sharp angled corners (3) and is very clean (M-)

The disc is very nice and shiny but has some light surface scuffs and plays superbly BUT as nearly always with this LP the extremely quiet intro on side 1 has some inevitable background noise and occasionally elsewhere where the sound drops-almost all copies will suffer from this to a greater or lesser degree

The rest of the sound is EX

Also comes with the elusive colour postcard with the perforated edges which is overall very nice but does have a creased top right corner

Original 1st pressing matrices as follows: A: SHVL 814 A - 1 stamper codes 1 ATP with a triangle of dots (3 corners)-probably the disc cutters mark

B: SHVL 814 B - 3  Stamper codes 3 GHO  HTM the master cutters initials for this side
