Which was a booklet of flexi discs highlighting/promoting current films/songs showing/playing in Japan (EX)
and within is contained a picture disc flexi in 1/2 'wallet' showing a still from an Elvis film
On this page is also a picture of Elvis and 'Surrender' otherwise there is no clues as to what the flexi is about
