Strange-1st 3 Stranglers UK singles are double A label-because they didn't know which song to promote so let the DJs decide ??!
Well local radio DJs probably didn't play either being fairly conservative or tied down with radio station rules and regs
Remember local Nottingham radio station DJ telling the listener that he certainly would NOT be playing Talking Heads Psycho killer-he hadn't listened to it and wasn't going to-'You won't catch me playing records like that-so sick...'
