With paper picture cover

Cover variant B: with 'Cadilac' showing as B side but which has been stickered over and the sticker removed leaving a sticker stain

Presumably 1st state is not stickered-are there copies with 'Cadilac' on both cover and label-UNstickered?

Is there a label with incorrect B side title - i.e. showing Cadilac?

Also 'Cadilac' (if it referring to the car) is mis-spelt as on all european releases
