Pre-release issue
With date stamped (release date) autographed (by Ray) Phonogram company sleeve (EX+)
The phonogram stable (Vertigo, Mercury etc) had 2 methods of denoting release dates on these moulded plastic pressings-probably depending on the issuing office.
1st method was to put a date stamped sticker across the middle of the label
the 2nd method-used slightly later was to date stamp the top of the cover to alert the recipient - usually a radio station or reviewer
