1st issue
Cover is the 1st issue 'all in one' single sheet joined on the top seams
Inner gatefold has no band member listing
Slight corner dink on front right and on back bottom right and top left-which also has a corner crease
Spine EX()
Original card inner sleeves with rounded corners and angled long cutaway (both M-)
With cutaways on the correct side^^
^^should be side 2 & 3
With removable original title transparent 'sticker' which relies on static or something to 'adhere' to the cover
It can be peeled off and placed anywhere you like, there is no glue involved !
Needless to say these were quickly lost or damaged so are fairly scarce these days
Matrix #'s: Disc 1: A: SHSP 4111 A-2U stamper 2 C above the 2 is 'X' and an indecipherable marking
B: SHSP 4111 B-2U stamper 2 C and TML-M
Disc 2: A: SHSP 4112 1-U stamper 2 R and TML-M
B: SHSP 2-U TML-M stamper 1 R
