Unusual issue being (it seems) a pre-release of the 2 LP set but this is a single LP with parts of the gatefold cover = front cover slick and inside gatefold but this is a picture of the trumpet and 2 pics of Miles below and some credits
The front slick has 'Side One and Side two' track listings covered up with a picture of Miles and Symphony Sid
and the 'Two record collection BST 81501/2' has been covered up with 'Miles Davis Quartet/Sextet Stereo - BLP'
Disc appears to be the normal disc 2 for France
Originally these 2 slicks were taped together to make a record sleeve and there are odd thin tape marks here and there
