This is the 1st CBS pressed mono issue
Front laminated cover
Cover is the regular UK style construction for this period (1964) with 3 laminated flipbacks
On the back the b/w photo is much sharper than the 1st issue mono (Philips pressed)
Back cover very clean
Spine and lettering almost immaculate with just tiny wear on the top and bottom corners
Label has '33' and is rough textured paper with P 1963 (which was used after 1963)
Odd edge creasing mainly top left otherwise very nice cover with very minor wear on open edge
Matrices: A: 62216-3A-1 and B: 62216-3B-1 which as far as we know is the original 1st issue matrices for the CBS pressed disc
CBS acquired the disused Oriole Records pressing plant back end of 1963 and proceeded to press their own discs rather than use Philips which they had done for all their earlier 60s pressings including Bob Dylan
