Impossible to date but probably 1964/5 pressed
Matrix: SBPG62193-1A-1 C11 (at 6 o'clock) and SBPG 62193-2B-1 A1C (at 6 o'clock) CBS pressed disc
Disc: EX minor light scuffs
CBS made label : with MONO catalogue #
slightly textured paper with indented circle partially outside the logo box with smoother paper ridge around outer rim on side 2 caused by large shallow indent which does NOT appear on side 1

Cover - internal flaps-laminated front-some edge creasing top/bottom edges EX+ corners nice and sharp except (usual) bottom right which has some wear and tiny split (0.7 mm approx)

Back: GB vertically up from bottom along back spine
Different text layout on back with most of extra text at bottom-gone-with Ernest J Day printing credit and the whole layout has been pushed upwards

Spine EX+ Lettering intact crisp clean and clear very minor wear along spine minor wear bottom corner
