Although this is the 1st edition which had a free 7" and had two special cover stickers, one of which originally sealed the cover, it is possible that the single was not enclosed with the promotional copy.
In any case it is not there now!
There is the the appearance of an extra sticker which overstickered the top of the top cover sticker which may have said 'does not'
