A band from Bradford apparently and not connected with the Sheffield band Heaven 17
Apparently preceded H17 and possibly took their name from 'A clockwork orange' book and claim that the more famous Heaven 17 nicked their name but shortened it to make out they were different.
Who knows?!
Strangely the song is credited to 'Heaven 17' but this could just be lazy type-setting !
