Mispressed Hawkwind picture disc (stereo)
with The Beatles 'Ask me why' (mono) on the B side (instead of Seven by seven by Hawkwind)'
Pictures on the disc as as normal for the Hawkwind release.
Both items {Beatles - Please please me/Ask me why and Hawkwind-Silver machine/Seven by seven) were released around the same time as repressings of the original releases
