This disc is almost certainly a USA pressing imported by CBS UK and a UK insert put in.
The sound quality of these USA pressings is not brilliant-they hadn't mastered the technology to produce a good clear sound from the clear vinyl overlay and do not stand up to comparison with UK picture discs from the same period
