Label variant SOLIDTRI: 1st pressing solid light blue triangle label
**with the original 'World Copyright Ltd' publishing credit.on the labels.
This was VERY SHORT-LIVED before the credit was changed to 'Pink Floyd Music Publ.'
Although they formed 'Pink Floyd Music Ltd' in November 1972 they did not form the publishing company until May 1973.
**with rim text: 'THE GRAMOPHONE CO.LTD......' rim text at '10 o'clock' and 'MADE IN GT.BRITAIN' text at '6 o'clock'
Cover variant MIDBLK/SLD:**The cover is the rare 'midnight blue' issue which was replaced very quickly with the 'black' cover-front cover is sealed
with 2 x folded posters
and 2 x original peel-back stickers (Fasprint Permanent & Crackback Patented)
minor creasing
with 'midnight blue' gatefold cover (VG+)**
** the very early covers had a 'blueish' tint as opposed to the blacker later issue and commonly known as the 'midnight blue' cover
front gatefold = sealed
some overall wear on the unlaminated cover including ring wear
spine/cover edges - small areas of wear
also wear along the front gatefold bottom edge
(almost impossible to get one of these unlaminated covers without some wear-particularly the bottom edges where the cover has been slid off a shelf)
with minor edge/spine/cover creasing 2cm edge crease at top of spine
inside gatefold - EX
Matrix variant A2/B2: Matrix #'s A2/B2
and stampers 5GGG & 1GCA
This is a used record and has therefore been played but plays with fairly minimal sound interference.
Disc is still shiny with minimal light scuffs
