Variant A: with laminated outer gatefold cover
apart from a small corner dink this is in exceptional condition
the cover has the feel of a japanese pressing in every respect except that there is no reference to Japan so one must assume that CBS had some funds available for this is a de-luxe cover laminated thick card
and slightly glossy full colour inner gatefold
Later they presumably made up for this by issuing a lesser quality sleeve
