Modified early cover and 1st issue discs
2 LP in gatefold laminated outers cover with original angled inner lyric sleeves
Matrix #:s 1/3/3/1
Cover: EX Gatefold - Laminated outer/With publishing credit on inner gatefold (see other listings for variation) with wider right side border similar to 1st issue (no credit) next manifestation of this cover had a slightly narrower right border/slight spine edge creasing/
Original angled cut lyric inners in nice condition except bottom seam part split-both inners and very small side split on 1st and very small split and larger split on 2nd inner sides/Small tear and small piece missing on open edge of 2nd inner
a very difficult item to get mint as there are various problems including the seam splits but also the open edge gets damaged because the original angled inners were too big and were sometimes difficult to put back in to the LP cover. The re-modelled version with rounded corners were made slightly smaller to alleviate this.
Labels are clean crisp and clear
Discs: EX with only very minor light scuffs
Spine: EX lettering clear crisp and intact with minor wear on the top and bottom corners/This issue is particularly hard to find as the 'no credits' inner was very short-lived before they realised they were missing/Very early matrix #'s which can vary in combination.
Strange variation which has a turquoise colouring spine which is possibly colour fade but having seen it on various copies it may be a pressing error as the colour goes around on to both sides of the cover. Don't know what this is but other colour fade spines are only on the spine so probably some printing fault see other listings for other examples
